Digital Scales, Diet Stories, and a Busy Book Week

Down Almost 4 Pounds
Digital Scales are interesting. They measure to one decimal point. I'm almost 4 lbs down.
A Friend's Weight Loss Story
My friend Cindy saw a male friend at the grocery store the other day. She remarked to me about how much weight he had lost. I know the gentleman too and his story. He started taking very low dose Ozempic about 5 years ago for high blood sugar. He lost weight very slowly. Now that he is down to a healthy weight, his wife decided to go on a diet without a weight loss drug. She too has lost weight slowly over time. She's down one dress size. They are both very careful about what they eat during the week. They allow some indulgences on weekends.

Cookbook Edits and a Tight Deadline
My week has been very busy, as my cookbook, Your Weight Loss Companion (colour edition) was sent back to me for editing. Two changes were needed. My team leader, Dante, said the changes should be done quickly.
Finishing Treasured Stories and New Book Marketing
I finished my last story for Treasured Stories: Christmas Edition. I'll edit it this Labour Day weekend. Then I'll send it to Mark Anderson at Ingram Publishings. I have a blog, some YouTube content and eventually advertising on the Internet. My Christmas Edition will be placed on 500 platforms. This new way of book marketing is new to me and very interesting.
