Meet Dad: A 102-Year-Old Superager
A Letter to the Editor About the Rain After coffee and a walk with Chewy, I visited with my 102 year old stepdad. We had a lot of conversation this time. I left all of the paper on the garlic and I left the dark first layer of skin on the onion. I snipped the long chicken bones in

Saturday in Edmonton: Promoting My Book, One Bookstore at a Time
A Night at the Hotel Macdonald Stayed overnight at the Hotel MacDonald. An old beauty of a hotel built in 1915 by the Grand Trunk Railway. We've been going to the hotel all of our married lives. I'm in Edmonton to promote my book: Your Weight Loss Companion. I was out for supper with a gf to the Bistro Praha. I considered that the Friday was a weight maintenance day. We indulged in a small plate of fried breaded cheese with wine. Bookstore Visits — Audrey's Books to West Edmo
